INTERPRAEVENT 2002 Poster and Video Preparation
Guidelines and Instructions for Authors SCHEDULE
Author(s)
are requested to put materials on board and are requested to remove the
materials during the scheduled time. FORMAT
Each poster presentation will be
assigned a specific poster board in the display area in the Matsumoto Bunka Kaikan. 1)
The size
of the provided display board is about 1.8 m wide by 2.1 m hight. 2)
The top 10 cm of the board is reserved for “Board No.” 3)
The
standard poster heading, which will include the followings
will be requested. u
Poster
title: lettering of 40mm high u
Author’s
name (s): lettering of 30mm high u
Affiliation
(s) lettering of 30mm high 4)
Posters
must be written in English. 5)
All
figures, tables and photos should be titled. The Organizers will provide for each
poster board the following: Ø
Tape and thumbtacks to
affix poster texts and graphics to the board Ø
One small table (1.8 m
wide by 0.6 m hight) and one chair *In case you need additional table,
please request in advance. ADVICES ON POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Posters should be readable from a distance of 2.0 m or
more. All lettering should be sized accordingly, preferably using a bold font. Tables and written material should be lettering of 20mm high. SUBMISSION of the ABSTRACT
The authors of the “Poster and Video Session” are required to
submit the abstract for the presentation by the end of August 2002. In the case you have not submit them yet,
please send the abstract completed in 2 pages to the following address as soon
