Information for Oral Presentation

 

1.      Presentations are restricted to 15 minutes (you are strongly urged to keep to this time limit).

2.      Discussion time is reserved about 20 minutes long at the end of each session.

3.      Two carbon copies of the full document for your presentation should be provided at the time of registration (to make the simultaneous interpretation easily).

4.      A list of your profile, such as degree, affiliation, position and research interests should be provided at the time of registration (for the introduction of yourself by the chairman).

5.      Slide projectors, overhead projector and liquid crystal digital (LCD) projector are setup for all presentations.

 5-1. Presenter should indicate projector requirements at time of registration.

 5-2. If using slides, it is recommended that you put your slides in the magazine carousel before the session.

 5-3. Presenters using LCD projector should connect their computer before the presentation, or copy your files to the available computer set up before the session.

6.      If you need to be distributing some materials during your presentation, at least 200 sets of carbon copies of the materials should be prepared at the time of registration.
